Exploring the Earth‘s plant diversity is a research discipline that is characterised by international scientific collaboration across country and language borders. Therefore, the Botanic Garden Berlin is part of a global network of botanical institutions that has developed over decades and centuries of scientific tradition.
Here we give an overview of our partner institutions, namely those research institutions with which we have signed a specific Memorandum of Understanding. Besides that, we collaborate in our research projects with much more institutions and scientists from all over the world. You can find more information on the web pages of our research groups.
Furthermore, the Botanic Garden Berlin is involved in different local, national and international associations and consortia that support our mission and goals. You will find a list at the end of this page.
